Watching her Uncle and Pa drag race, Georgia knew it was only a matter of time before she would be old enough to join in on the family fun, and have her own turn at going fast.
I love the feeling of going fast.
Participating in every track championship at the Sydney Dragway, and occasionally competing in the other states (when the sponsorship money allows), Georgia has become the envy of all her school friends. “They think it is so cool that I get to race a car and come to watch me compete when they can,” Georgia tells us.
Although she is currently racing the motivational tubing junior dragster, (PB 7.90 seconds and 83 mph) in Junior Dragster (A/JD) that she received for her 8th birthday, Georgia has big aspirations to race in Funny Car. And after winning the 2016 Track Championship and cutting her first 000 light, we have no doubts that she will make a top Funny Car driver.
